- All Sales Are Final • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- Customization and Accuracy • We take great care in creating each item according to the specifications provided by you, including any customizations or personalization details. Please double-check your order details before confirming the purchase. • If there are any issues with your order such as incorrect customization or defects, we are happy to assist. Contact us immediately if you believe there is an error with your order.
- Defective or Damaged Items • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either repair, replace, or issue a refund for damaged or defective goods. • To process a claim, please provide photographs of the damage or defect along with your order details.
- No Returns or Exchanges • Because all items are specially made, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason other than product defects or damage. • This policy is in place to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail for each custom piece.
- Shipping Costs • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of defective or damaged items, unless otherwise specified by us. • Return shipping for any claims regarding damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
